Qualifications

• Two years of experience in affordable housing leasing or property management.
• Knowledge and experience in the local residential market.
• Experience with EIV, Yardi, and Realpage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Property Manager to ensure compliance with HUD 4350.3 Handbook.
• Execute intervention strategies for non-compliant tenants.
• Document lease violations and coordinate evictions.
• Promote resident satisfaction and retention.

Skills

Affordable housing leasing experience

Knowledge of local residential market

EIV, Yardi and Realpage experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Strong communication skills
