Job summary

Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP seeks an Associate for its Affordable Housing and Community Development Practice Group in the New York office. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of multifamily and/or commercial real estate experience at a national law firm representing developers, property owners and lenders in development and financing matters.

Experience with city/state bond agencies, agency financing programs, tax-exempt bond financing, LIHTC, FHA, Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, and HUD subsidy programs

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–3 years of multifamily and/or commercial real estate experience at a nationally recognized law firm.
• Experience representing developers, property owners and lenders in development and financing matters, including city and state bond agencies and agency financing programs.
• Excellent academic credentials, strong analytical and writing skills, client-team focused, and ability to take ownership of work.
• NY bar admission is required.
