CRM Rental Management, Inc. is seeking a Community Manager for Mariner Towers Apartments in Buffalo, NY. You will create a welcoming environment and oversee day-to-day property operations to ensure resident satisfaction and compliance.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of affordable housing experience (HUD/LIHTC/RD required).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Strong leasing, bookkeeping, and administrative skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure HUD, DHCR, HFA, Fair Housing, ADA, OSHA compliance.
• Process move-ins/outs and security deposits using PM software.
• Maintain resident files, verifications, lease renewals, and collections.
• Coordinate lease renewals, interim and annual recertifications.
• Promote the property and build a sense of community among residents.
