Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Affordable Housing (HUD/LIHTC/RD required).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Strong leasing, bookkeeping, and administrative skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with HUD, DHCR, HFA, Fair Housing, ADA, OSHA, and all applicable laws.
• Process move-ins, move-outs, and security deposits using property management software.
• Maintain resident files, verifications, lease renewals, and collections.
• Coordinate and conduct lease renewals, interim and annual recertifications.
• Promote the property and build a strong sense of community among residents.
