Job summary

Presbyterian Senior Living is seeking an Affordable Housing Community Manager for a part-time role in the United States. You will oversee occupancy, financial management and compliance for the assigned community, ensuring quality control of leasing regulations and daily operations.

The ideal candidate has at least a high school diploma, preferred Bachelor’s, 2+ years in property management, familiarity with tax credits and affordable housing rules, strong communication and organizational skills,

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum two years of property management experience is required.
• Knowledge of tax credits and affordable housing regulations is preferred.
• Strong computer and software skills are required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills are required.
• Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and instructions.
• Ability to interact effectively with community residents.

Responsibilities

• Quality control of all regulations and policies/procedures related to leasing.
• Assist with budgeting processes.
• Manage daily operations of assigned residential and/or commercial units.
• Oversee building maintenance.
• Travel to alternative communities if required.

Up to $28.00 / hour (experience based)

The Affordable Housing Community Manager is responsible for the day-to-dayproperty operations and management of assigned community. This includes overseeing occupancy, financial management and compliance management of the community.
