Job summary

Presbyterian Senior Living in the Waynesboro area is seeking an Affordable Housing Community Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of assigned community, including occupancy, financial management and compliance. This part-time role requires at least a high school diploma and two years of property management experience; strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

You may travel to other communities as needed; the position offers an hourly rate up to $28 based on experience

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years' property management experience required.
• Knowledge of tax credits and affordable housing regulations preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work assignments and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for implementing quality control of all regulations and policies/procedures related to the leasing process.
• Assists with the budgeting process.
• Manages daily operations of the residential and/or commercial units assigned.
• Oversees building maintenance.
• Ability to travel to alternative communities, if requested.
