Job summary

Bryten in Florida is seeking a Community Manager (Affordable Exp) to lead daily operations, supervise the onsite team, and ensure outstanding resident service across the community in Clearwater. You will manage budgets, move-in and recertification tasks for affordability programs, oversee leasing goals, maintain safety and compliance, and build strong relationships with residents and partners.

This role requires hands-on leadership, a focus on regulatory compliance, and a commitment to fostering

Qualifications

• 2+ years of multifamily property management experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• 2 years of Affordable experience wanted.
• Strong financial management, budgeting, and administrative skills.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and conflict resolution abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the community with professionalism and positivity.
• Manage operations in compliance with Affordable Housing Regulations and reporting.
• Oversee Move In and Recertification files to maintain program compliance.
• Recruit, coach, and develop an onsite team.
• Manage budgets, rent collections, financial reporting, and expenses.
• Oversee leasing, occupancy goals, renewals, and compliance.
