CONAM Management Corporation is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the Palomar Point affordable property in Chula Vista, CA. You will supervise on-site staff, manage leasing, and ensure resident satisfaction while maintaining financial performance.

The role requires 2–3 years in property management, experience with HUD/LIHTC programs, and proficiency with Yardi or MRI. A valid driver's license and insurance are required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of property management experience, especially with affordable housing.
• Experience with HUD, LIHTC, PSH, Section 8, or related programs.
• Strong leadership and resident relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of an affordable multi-family community.
• Lead on-site staff and guide customer service, leasing, and resident relations.
• Manage leasing process: marketing units, tours, applications, and leases.
• Maintain budgets and monthly financial reports; monitor expenditures.
• Conduct regular interior/exterior inspections and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Administer resident programs to build a strong community and high satisfaction.
• Oversee renovations and ensure projects stay on time and within budget.
• Ensure housing regulations compliance and handle resident concerns professionally.
