Job summary

EisnerAmper, a leading national accounting and advisory firm, seeks an Audit Manager to join the Affordable Housing Assurance practice. This role focuses on delivering high-quality audits for affordable housing clients and leading engagement teams.

You will manage complex audits, review workpapers, address significant client issues, and contribute to business development and recruiting efforts. CPA is required; 4+ years of audit experience; a Master's is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent field.
• CPA certification required.
• 4+ years of progressive audit/assurance experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare most difficult audits
• Review workpapers
• Review client files
• Resolve significant client issues
• Prepare billing
• Engagement management, communication, tracking, and oversight
• Filling in engagement team gaps
• Participate in firm initiatives
• Prepare/review 10%, contractor and owner's certificates, DCR
• May participate in recruiting activities
