Job summary

gTANGIBLE Corporation is seeking an AFFOR Staff Training Support specialist to join the Shaw Air Force Base team in South Carolina. The role supports AFCENT/A3, deployers, and units to ensure TEA and JAACE duties are met, and coordinates with doctrine centers for course scheduling.

You will provide reach-back and leadership support across levels and manage pre-deployment training tasks. Applicants should have ISD experience, MS Office proficiency, and AFFOR staff background.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
• At least three years' AFFOR staff experience at NAF or higher.
• At least one year experience in Instructional System Design (ISD).

Responsibilities

• Assist AFCENT/A3 in TEA and JAACE duties and training coordination.
• Coordinate with training centers to schedule intermediate and senior courses.
• Provide reach-back support to deployers and UDMs.
• Ensure training materials align with applicable AFI policies and guidance.
