Qualifications

• 3-5 years of banking, wealth management or related experience.
• Experience working with affluent/high-net-worth clients.
• Demonstrated success in a client-centric sales environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and onboard new affluent clients into a Book of Business through outbound calling and in-branch or partner introductions.
• Grow net deposits, investments, and lending balances by conducting discovery and financial planning conversations.
• Deepen and retain client relationships through proactive outbound engagements based on life events and financial triggers.
• Provide exceptional, high-touch client experiences and collaborate with Wealth Advisors and CFPs.
• Partner with colleagues across Retail, Business Banking, Mortgage and Wealth to provide a seamless client experience.
