The role requires 3–5 years of banking or wealth management experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and licenses SIE, Series 6/7 and 63/66. Strong communication and relationship skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of banking, wealth management or related experience.
• Experience with affluent/high-net-worth clients.
• Licenses: SIE, Series 6/7 and Series 63/66 (or 66).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and onboard new affluent clients into a Book of Business.
• Grow net deposits, investments, and lending balances.
• Deepen and retain client relationships through proactive engagements.
• Provide high-touch client experiences.
• Collaborate with Wealth Advisors and CFPs to meet client goals.
• Partner with Retail, Business Banking, Mortgage and Wealth teams.
• Leverage Salesforce CRM to track activity.
