Job summary

JPMorganChase in New Jersey seeks a Private Client Banker to be the main contact for a select group of affluent clients in the branch. You will manage full banking relationships, proactively generating growth through referrals and internal/external sources.

The role requires delivering education and advice tailored to clients’ financial needs, with a proactive, relationship-based approach and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success using a value-added, relationship-oriented approach to acquire and deepen client relationships.
• 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services with revenue generation.
• Compliance with Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Shares the value of Chase Private Client with clients that may be eligible.
• Actively manages their banking relationship through an advice-based approach.
• Partners with Specialists to connect customers to experts for specialized financial needs.
• Makes lives of clients more convenient by enabling self-service options 24/7 access.
• Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
