Salary Range: $ 8.00 - $ 10.00 per hour (PHP 80,000 - 100,000)

Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

What You'll Do

• Ensure Accuracy: Update and monitor commission payouts, quickly resolving any discrepancies to maintain trust and accuracy.
• Engage with Partners: Manage partner communications, responding to inquiries and maintaining an organized partner inbox.
• Track Performance: Maintain daily performance trackers to monitor key metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Facilitate Promotions: Request and provide exclusive promotional codes to partners as needed to boost campaign effectiveness.
• Optimize Tracking: Update various trackers, including those for recruitment, placements, and optimizations.
• Monthly Reporting: Process monthly voids and edits, compiling comprehensive recaps for internal and client review.
• Campaign Management: Upload offers and promotional assets to network platforms, ensuring all campaigns are live and accurate.
• Presentation Support: Help prepare PowerPoint slides summarizing insights from Affiliate Marketing data for key business discussions.
• Newsletter Creation: Prepare engaging email newsletters for affiliate outreach.
• Timely Payments: Process placement payments to network platforms accurately and on time.
• Performance Analysis: Download and prepare performance reports for End of Week (EOW), End of Month (EOM), and End of Year (EOY) reporting using proprietary analytics tools.
• Ad Hoc Research: Conduct analyses for clients, including competitor research to inform strategies.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: 3+ years in affiliate marketing with a strong understanding of affiliate network platforms (e.g., Commission Junction, Impact).
• Tool Proficiency: Advanced experience with Brandverity or similar tools.
• Excel Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced level).
• Agency Background: At least 1 year of experience working in an agency environment.
• Client Management: Experience managing multiple clients or brands effectively.
• Schedule: Ability to work in any US timezone or a graveyard/night shift schedule in the Philippines, ensuring effective collaboration with our global team.
