Location: Remote | Must be based in the UK

Overview:

We’re looking for a performance-driven Affiliate Revenue Manager to help us scale and optimise our affiliate program. You’ll own affiliate recruitment, onboarding, relationship management, and sales performance — turning high-potential partners into revenue-driving machines.

About Link My Books

Link My Books is a fast-growing SaaS used by ecommerce sellers and their accountants to automate ecommerce bookkeeping. We integrate with platforms like Amazon, Shopify, Etsy, and eBay to make accounting easy, accurate, and compliant. Backed by Visma, we're scaling our affiliate program and looking for a talented Affiliate Revenue Manager to lead the charge.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit high-quality affiliates (content creators, agencies, influencers, communities)
  • Onboard and activate new affiliates with the right messaging, tools, and incentives
  • Optimise existing affiliate performance through outreach, coaching, and better assets
  • Manage the day-to-day of our affiliate platform (FirstPromoter)
  • Report on performance with insights and recommendations for growth
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams on affiliate-ready campaigns and launches
  • Stay up-to-date with trends in the affiliate, ecommerce, and SaaS space
Requirements

Ideal Candidate:

  • 3+ years experience in affiliate or partner marketing
  • Hands-on with affiliate platforms (FirstPromoter, Cello, etc.)
  • Proven sales-driven approach to partner programs
  • Solid communication skills (verbal, email, messaging, and landing page copy)
  • Self-starter with a bias for action and results
  • Analytical mindset — you know what to measure, why and how to act on it
  • Bonus: Familiarity with ecommerce sellers or SaaS marketing

  • £36k base + OTE up to £100k
