Holafly is hiring a Digital Account Executive to drive growth through affiliate partnerships in the US and Canada. You will build and manage 80–100 affiliates, develop data-driven campaigns, and optimize revenue across regions from a remote location.

You will leverage your experience in affiliate marketing, negotiate strategic deals, and analyze performance using tools like Excel and Google Analytics to maximize ROAS and AOV. Fluency in English and a strong network in tech/travel are a plus.

About The Position

Holafly is on the hunt for top-tier talent to assist in the global growth of our Affiliate Program. We partner up with a variety of third-parties, and establish a long-term, performance-based partnership with them in order to drive sales to Holafly. Your mission as a Digital Account Executive is to drive growth through strategic affiliate partnerships and campaigns. Leveraging your travel industry expertise, you will create data-driven campaigns to promote travel products and services, maximising revenue and aligning with business goals. By managing affiliate relationships and tapping into regional trends, you’ll expand our brand presence and deliver measurable results in the US and Canadian markets.

Responsibilities Of The Role

• Identify and actively recruit new affiliate partners and revenue drivers Own a curated portfolio of up to 80–100 affiliate partners, building individual account plans and executing quarterly growth roadmaps for them.
• Build and maintain high-value relationships with top affiliate partners through structured touchpoints (QBRs, MBRs, planning & feedback sessions), acting as a strategic growth partner rather than a transactional account manager aiming for long term relationships.
• Proactively monitor and optimize affiliate partner performance against key metrics (Revenue, ROAS and AOV), identifying growth opportunities and flagging risk signals such as declining output, fraud or partner inactivity
• Develop and execute revenue acceleration plays including seasonal activations, exclusive deals, volume-based commission structures and cross-sell opportunities across geographies.
• Ensure affiliate compliance with company policies and brand guidelines across all online channels.
• Identify and pursue strategic opportunities to grow Holafly's market presence through high-quality affiliate partnerships.

Qualifications

• Must be currently located in the US or Canada (required)
• Experience: 3+ years in Affiliate Marketing and strategic partnerships working with content creators from YouTube, TikTok, Instagram & Blogs.
• Demonstrated track record of building and nurturing strategic, revenue-driving partnerships across global markets.
• Background in managing large-scale performance campaigns in US and/or Canada
• Language: Native or professional fluency (C1) in English to lead negotiations in key global markets
• Technical Stack: Proficiency with the Impact platform and a strong command of SEO tools (specifically Ahrefs)
• Data Analysis: Strong ability to extract insights using Excel and Google Analytics to drive partnership growth
• Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Solution-focused, dynamic, proactive, and ambitious.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent project and time management skills.
