As our agency continues to grow, we are looking for Affiliate Managers to join the team and be part of this fast-paced, growing company.
What we’re looking for:
We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager who can autonomously manage a portfolio of affiliate programs for our clients. This person will lead client relationships, oversee all client deliverables, develop account strategies, and execute plans. Responsibilities include developing strategies, tactical execution, and managing client relationships.
Location:
This is a remote, work-from-home position. Candidates from Canada, US, and LATAM will be considered, but native or near-native English proficiency is required.
About you:
● 3-4+ years of direct affiliate management experience (in-house, agency, network) required
● Experience with Affiliate Networks (ShareASale, Commission Junction, Impact, Rakuten, etc.)
● Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in negotiations and client service
● Strategic thinker with execution skills
● Problem-solving ability and independence
● Confidence and eloquence in client meetings
● Strong reporting and analytical skills
Job Responsibilities:
● Develop proactive affiliate marketing strategies aligned with client goals
● Manage daily operations of multiple affiliate programs
● Communicate performance results and strategies to clients, securing buy-in
● Monitor and analyze trends in client metrics & KPIs
● Produce forecasts and set budgets for affiliate programs
● Implement creative and promotional changes based on content calendars
● Lead recruitment, activation, payments, compliance, and communication with affiliates
● Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates to negotiate placements and deals
● Initiate growth strategies through acquisition and retention tactics
● Manage reporting, communicate performance, and recommend improvements
