Job summary

Bloom Nutrition, LLC, Austin HQ, is seeking an Affiliate Manager for TikTok Shop to scale our creator ecosystem and drive revenue growth. You’ll own day-to-day activation, onboarding, and performance optimization across Bloom’s product portfolio.

The role requires a highly organized, data-driven professional, comfortable in a fast-growth environment and able to collaborate with paid media, creative, operations, and external partners to turn creator content into measurable results.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in affiliate marketing or creator partnerships.
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop and creator commerce models.
• Strong ability to manage creator relationships and performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, and onboard TikTok creators at scale.
