Qualifications

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development: Identify, vet, and onboard new affiliate partnerships with reputable USA mobile casino sites, with emphasis on no-deposit and low-barrier promotions that convert on mobile.
• Portfolio Management: Nurture existing partner relationships (affiliate managers, networks, and direct operators) to improve EPC, conversion rate, and player value through tailored promotional placements and optimized user journeys.
• Commercial Negotiation: Secure advantageous CPA, RevShare, and hybrid deals; negotiate tiered structures, exclusives, and custom bonuses to enhance competitiveness and lifetime value.
• Performance Optimization: Own the KPI stack (FTD, NDC, ARPU, LTV, churn, CR, EPC, ROI). Run A/B tests on creative, CTAs, page layouts, tracking links, and promo sequencing; iterate quickly based on data.
• Tracking & Analytics: Implement and maintain accurate tracking (UTMs, S2S/Postback, SubIDs, pixel/S2S validation). Diagnose discrepancies and ensure clean attribution across devices and channels.
• Campaign Planning: Coordinate calendars around seasonality (sporting events, holidays, pay periods) and operator launches; brief internal content/SEO/design teams on promotional angles and landing pages.
• Compliance & Brand Safety: Ensure all partnerships adhere to state-level regulations, responsible gambling guidelines, and platform policies; maintain clear disclosure and FTC-compliant messaging.
• Market & Competitor Intelligence: Monitor offer velocity, bonus structures, wagering requirements, and competitor placements; share insights to inform content strategy and product roadmaps.
• Partner Enablement: Supply affiliates/operators with performant creatives, compliant copy, and device-first assets; provide feedback loops to improve funnel performance and retention quality.
• Reporting & Forecasting: Produce weekly and monthly dashboards with commentary, trend analysis, and action plans; deliver quarterly forecasts and scenario models against growth targets.

Requirements

• Proven Experience: 3–5+ years in affiliate marketing, ideally within US mobile or online casino verticals; demonstrable success with no-deposit or hybrid bonus acquisition.
• Negotiation Excellence: Track record of structuring CPA/RevShare/hybrid deals, exclusives, and tiered incentives that scale profitably.
• Analytical Rigor: Comfortable building and interpreting reports (Looker, Tableau, GA4, Appsflyer/Adjust, RedTrack/Voluum, Excel/Sheets). Strong grasp of attribution models and incrementality.
• Relationship Management: High EQ and responsiveness; able to nurture long-term partnerships while holding counterparts accountable to performance terms.
• Compliance Mindset: Working knowledge of responsible gambling standards, FTC disclosure, platform ad policies, and state-by-state nuances of US gambling.
• US Mobile Focus: Understanding of American mobile gambling real money behaviors, device preferences, payment methods, and friction points in KYC/IDV.
• Communication: Crisp writing and presentation skills; ability to translate insights into clear briefs and executive-level updates.

• Experience collaborating with SEO/content teams on money pages and comparison modules.
