Job summary

Jobtailor in Massachusetts is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Lead to build and scale a TikTok Shop affiliate network, recruit creators, pitch partnerships, and prioritize products worth promoting.

You will own commission design, track GMV, creator activity, and conversions, and coordinate with live ops to feature affiliate products in live shows as part of a fast-paced, builder-friendly environment.
