Job summary

AFB International is seeking a Manufacturing Technician I - B Crew, Liquid to help deliver quality products while maintaining a safe, efficient operation. You’ll work 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, with built-in overtime and opportunities for merit increases and incentives.

You will operate equipment, produce consistently, follow procedures, and participate in continuous improvement, 5S, and teamwork to support company goals and a showroom-ready environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of manufacturing, production, or industrial experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 55 pounds.
• Ability to work in dusty environments with varying temperatures.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality; adheres to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Produce quality products meeting customer expectations.
• Follow established safety, quality, and operating procedures.
• Identify and communicate production issues.
• Participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement efforts.
• Support 5S workplace organization and housekeeping standards.
