Job summary

Syracuse Area Health is seeking an Aesthetic RN to deliver high-quality aesthetic nursing services in a safe, patient-centered setting. You will conduct consultations, assessments, and treatments while educating clients on care plans.

The role supports independent scheduling, collaborates with the medical director, and focuses on outcomes, safety, and continuous improvement. Full-time, weekday shifts with 30–40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Must hold RN license in Nebraska.
• BLS certification required.
• Two years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
• Experience in aesthetics, dermatology, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide aesthetic nursing services with patient consultations, assessments, treatments, and follow-up care.
• Educate clients on treatment plans and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Medical Director and clinic leadership to ensure quality and compliance.
• Maintain independent patient scheduling and professional documentation.

The Aesthetic RN is responsible for providing high-quality aesthetic nursing services to clients in a safe, professional, and client-centered environment. This position maintains an independent patient schedule and conducts consultations, assessments, treatments, follow-up care, and client education related to aesthetic services. The Aesthetic RN collaborates with the medical director and clinic leadership to ensure excellence in patient outcomes, customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and service growth.The Aesthetic RN performs aesthetic procedures within the scope of an RN license and according to organizational policies, physician oversight requirements, and evidence-based best practices. This position is expected to build strong client relationships, promote treatment plans that support client goals, and remain current on aesthetic techniques, products, technologies, and certifications.This position is benefited full-time, weekday shifts, totaling 30-40 hours per week.QUALIFICATIONS:Graduate from an accredited school of nursingLicensed to practice professional nursing (RN) in the state of NebraskaCurrent BLS certificationMinimum of two (2) years of clinical nursing experience preferredPrevious experience in medical aesthetics, cosmetic nursing, dermatology, plastic surgery, or related field preferredCompletion of aesthetic training programs relevant to services providedStrong assessment and critical thinking skillsExcellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skillsAbility to establish rapport and maintain long-term client relationshipsHighly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independentlyExperience with electronic medical records preferredKnowledge of infection prevention, patient safety, and clinical documentation standardsAbility and willingness to maintain competency in aesthetic procedures through continuing education and manufacturer-sponsored training
