Job summary

Sagewell Family Medicine & Aesthetics in Hickman, NE is seeking an Aesthetic RN to deliver high-quality cosmetic nursing services. You will assess, consult, treat, and follow up with clients, while maintaining an independent patient schedule and collaborating with the medical director to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes patient-centered care, ongoing education, and staying current with aesthetic techniques and products.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Licensed RN in Nebraska with current licensure.
• Current BLS certification.
• Minimum of two (2) years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
• Previous experience in medical aesthetics, cosmetic nursing, dermatology, plastic surgery, or related field preferred.
• Completion of aesthetic training programs relevant to services provided.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to establish rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Experience with electronic medical records preferred.
• Knowledge of infection prevention, patient safety, and clinical documentation standards.
• Ability and willingness to maintain competency in aesthetic procedures through continuing education and manufacturer-sponsored training.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality aesthetic nursing services in a client-centered environment.
• Conduct consultations, assessments, treatments, follow-up care, and client education.
• Collaborate with the medical director and clinic leadership to ensure excellence in outcomes, satisfaction, compliance, and growth.
• Maintain independent patient schedule and document care according to EMR standards.
