Qualifications

• 3–5 years in sales (aesthetics, medical device, or pharmaceutical sales)
• Proven track record of achieving revenue goals
• Experience growing owner-operated medical practices or high-revenue companies

Responsibilities

• Own quarterly and semester revenue targets and drive consumable growth
• Develop and execute quarterly business plans for the territory
• Forecast accurately and manage territory performance metrics
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Training, and Sales Directors
• Expand portfolio penetration and establish relationships with physicians and decision-makers
