Job summary

Merz Aesthetics seeks a Portfolio Development Manager to drive revenue across the device portfolio, with emphasis on Ultherapy consumables and Neocutis skincare. You will own territory planning, execution, and performance, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Training, and Customer Solutions to accelerate device utilization and portfolio penetration while keeping Merz Aesthetics' premium positioning.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in sales, preferably aesthetics or medical devices.
• Experience growing revenue in physician practices.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving revenue goals.
• AE license required; additional credentials are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed quarterly and semester revenue targets.
• Drive consumable growth through increased procedure volume and utilization.
• Develop and execute comprehensive quarterly business plans.
• Forecast accurately and manage territory performance metrics.
• Identify whitespace opportunities to expand.
