Job summary

The Aesthetic Experience in Portland is seeking an experienced injector to join our growing medical wellness team. You will perform neuromodulators and dermal fillers with natural results, and deliver laser/energy-device treatments and IV therapy as part of our service menu.

You will consult with clients, follow established clinical protocols, document meticulously, and contribute to patient retention and practice growth.

Qualifications

• Active Oregon license: RN, NP, or PA (or eligible for licensure).
• Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on injectable experience (aesthetics training preferred).
• Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and injection technique.
• Comfort with laser/energy-based device treatments.
• Respect for clinical processes and protocol support.
• Client-first mindset and genuine team-player attitude.
• Desire for a long-term career path, not just a job.

We're a growing medical wellness and aesthetics company in the Portland area, known for elevated, results-driven care across physician-guided wellness programs, injectables, advanced laser and device-based treatments, and IV therapy. What You'll Do

• Perform neuromodulator and dermal filler injections with a focus on natural, client-specific results
• Deliver treatments across our service menu, including laser/energy-device procedures and IV therapy protocols
• Conduct thorough consultations, build trust, and grow lasting client relationships
• Follow established clinical protocols and processes — and understand the standard-of-care reasoning behind them
• Contribute to production and revenue growth through strong client retention and rebooking
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation and follow all safety and consent protocols
• Collaborate with clinical leadership on protocols, ongoing education, and complication management
• Bring energy and ideas — we want people who help shape where we're headed, not just follow along

What We're Looking For

• Active Oregon license: RN, NP, or PA (or eligible for licensure)
• Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on injectable experience (aesthetics-specific training preferred)
• Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and injection technique
