Qualifications

• 2–4 years of supervisory experience required.

• Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Experience coaching and developing a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the center team to exceed sales goals and KPIs.
• Manage labor and product costs to optimize profitability.
• Motivate, inspire, and coach associates to peak performance.
• Maintain exceptional guest service and address feedback.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team.
