• 3–5+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in consultative or high-ticket sales.
• Emotionally intelligent, persuasive, and patient-focused.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 consultations with new and returning patients.
• Understand patient goals and recommend tailored treatment plans.
• Educate patients on procedures, expectations, and financing options.
• Build trust and create urgency that leads to confident decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with medical teams for seamless patient experiences.
• Occasionally travel to support nearby offices as needed.
