Job summary

LaserAway is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator (Sales Consultant) in Las Vegas to drive consultations and a premium patient journey. Base pay is $17/hour with uncapped commission and a strong first-year average earnings range of $70,000–$95,000.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in luxury, med spa, or high-ticket consultative sales.
• Comfortable in a commission-first structure with base pay as the floor.
• Weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead one-on-one consultations and design customized treatment plans.
• Educate patients on laser, body contouring, and injectable services.
• Present treatment plans and financing options; partner with clinicians and the Location Director to ensure a premium patient experience.
• Utilize LaserAway CRM to manage marketing-generated leads and patient history.
