Job summary

Deluxe Med Spa is seeking a Phone Sales Associate to manage inbound and outbound calls, convert leads into booked appointments, and ensure no inquiry goes unanswered. You'll work primarily at our Brea location and support phone operations across multiple sites, requiring organization and persuasive communication in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication, written and spoken.
• Mandarin Chinese proficiency, written and spoken preferred.
• 1+ year of phone sales, customer service, or reception experience; med spa/healthcare background preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high call and follow-up volume.
• On-site in Brea or Diamond Bar minimum 4 days/week; Monday–Friday availability.

Responsibilities

• Answer and manage inbound calls promptly and professionally.
• Follow up on missed calls, web inquiries, and leads without delay.
• Convert prospective clients into booked appointments through consultative phone sales.
• Coordinate scheduling across Deluxe locations using practice management software.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, follow-ups, and lead status.
• Collaborate with clinic managers and front desk teams for smooth handoffs.
• Track and report on lead volume, conversion rates, and call activity.
• Support outbound outreach for promotions, re-engagement campaigns, and appointment reminders.
