Job summary

Avalon Laser in Carlsbad, CA seeks an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Provider (RN or NP) to deliver injectables and laser/energy-based treatments. You will build patient relationships, develop personalized plans, and contribute to a growing cosmetic practice.

Responsibilities include consultations, executing a full treatment menu (laser, microneedling, IPL, hair removal, RF skin tightening), maintaining compliant records, and guiding patients on skincare packages. Base pay plus commissions apply.

Qualifications

• Active CA RN license or NP with prescriptive authority.
• Minimum 2 years hands-on aesthetic/cosmetic experience across injectables and laser/energy-device treatments.
• Proficiency with full treatment list; training or certification in modalities preferred.
• Strong consultative and communication skills; comfortable discussing treatment plans and pricing.
• Track record of patient retention and rebooking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform consultations and treatments across our full aesthetic menu (laser, microneedling, IPL, hair removal, RF).
• Develop personalized treatment plans educating patients on options and expectations.
• Build long-term patient relationships to drive rebooking and referrals.
• Maintain compliant clinical documentation and treatment records.
• Recommend skincare, packages, and memberships as part of a complete patient care plan; collaborate with leadership on protocols.
