Job summary

SEV Laser is seeking a qualified Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner to deliver non-invasive aesthetic treatments and educate clients. You will perform laser hair removal and injectables, conduct consultations, and maintain detailed clinical documentation.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in aesthetic injections (neurotoxin and fillers).
• Experience with laser hair removal and advanced aesthetic treatments preferred.
• Strong documentation skills; detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a positive, collaborative work environment.
• Professional appearance and bedside manner at all times.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with continuous change.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
• Ability to meet physical demands of the role, including standing for extended periods and operating clinical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform non-invasive aesthetic services including laser hair removal and injectables.
• Conduct thorough client consultations to assess treatment suitability and goals.
• Educate clients on treatment plans, expected outcomes, and pre- and post-care guidelines.
• Ensure client safety and treatment efficacy through adherence to clinical protocols.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed clinical documentation.
• Deliver world-class customer service to build trust, retention, and long‑term relationships.
• Collaborate with clinic leadership and operations teams to achieve clinic goals.
• Travel between clinics as needed based on business needs.
