Job summary

Pinch Med, Inc. is seeking Founding APRN Providers in Virginia to deliver at-home aesthetics like tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and facials.

This 1099 contractor role offers the freedom to set your own schedule, choose clients, and build your practice with Pinch's backing, including malpractice insurance and overhead coverage. As a Founding Provider, you will grow your book with a minimum of five clients per month, access exclusive events and partnerships, and leverage Pinch marketing

Qualifications

• Active APRN license in Virginia.
• Certification in injectables — or readiness to complete the Pinch Injectables Master Certification.
• Availability to attend an in-person training in full if newer to injectables.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and at-home facials safely and to Pinch's standards.
• Build your client base from Pinch marketing and personal network; convert first-timers into regulars.
• Own your schedule; maintain 10–20 client sessions per week.
• Grow your business using Pinch marketing tools for outreach, retention, and referrals.
• Run a polished practice with proper supplies and accurate client records.

Pinch is hiring Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) across Virginia for a 1099 contractor role. You\'ll deliver treatments like tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and facials in the comfort of your clients\' homes — with the freedom to set your own schedule, choose your clients, and build your practice with the backing of an established, top-rated brand.

Founded in Chicago, Pinch quickly became one of the top-rated med spas in the area. Now we\'re expanding throughout Virginia, and we\'re looking for Founding Providers to lead the way in their local communities.

We cover the overhead — malpractice insurance, marketing, technology, and ongoing support — and pay top-of-market rates for every treatment. That means you focus on one thing: helping clients look and feel their best.

What It Means to Be a Founding Provider

Founding Providers are the first faces of Pinch in their communities — the practitioners who help define what at-home aesthetics looks like from day one. As a Founding Provider, you will:

• Get first access to everything — events, social media features, influencer partnerships, and new opportunities as they launch.
• Represent Pinch where you live — building awareness with neighbors, businesses, and others in your community.
• Build your own book of clients — treating a minimum of 5 clients per month, sourced from your personal network and community.

What You\'ll Do

• Deliver treatments that leave clients feeling their best — tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and at-home facials, performed safely and to Pinch\'s clinical standards.
• Build your client base — treat clients from both Pinch marketing and your own network, and turn first-timers into regulars.
• Own your schedule — work the hours that fit your life, averaging 10–20 per week.
• Grow your business — put Pinch\'s marketing tools to work for outreach, retention, and referrals.
• Run a polished practice — manage your supplies and keep accurate, timely client records.

What We\'re Looking For

Required

• Active APRN license in Virginia
• Certification in injectables — or the readiness to complete the Pinch Injectables Master Certification
• If you\'re newer to injectables: availability to attend an in-person training in full (see dates below)
