Job summary

Pinch Med, Inc. is seeking an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in Maryland for a 1099 contractor role. Founding Providers operate in clients’ homes, delivering tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and facials with the support of Pinch’s overhead, marketing, and tech infrastructure.

Founding Providers set their own hours, target a minimum client load, and build a personal practice with Pinch’s backing. Training in-person sessions in Bethesda, MD are required for those new to injectables.

Qualifications

• Active APRN license in Maryland.
• Certification in injectables — or readiness to complete the Pinch Injectables Master Certification.
• Availability to attend in-person trainings in Bethesda, MD as required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and at-home facials to clients.
• Build your own client book and schedule while maintaining Pinch standards.
• Manage supplies and client records for a polished practice.

Aesthetic Nurse Injector (APRN) - Concierge Med Spa

Pinch is hiring Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) across Maryland for a 1099 contractor role. You'll deliver treatments like tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and facials in the comfort of your clients' homes — with the freedom to set your own schedule, choose your clients, and build your practice with the backing of an established, top-rated brand.

Founded in Chicago, Pinch quickly became one of the top-rated med spas in the area. Now we're expanding throughout Maryland, and we're looking for Founding Providers to lead the way in their local communities.

We cover the overhead — malpractice insurance, marketing, technology, and ongoing support — and pay top-of-market rates for every treatment. That means you focus on one thing: helping clients look and feel their best.

What It Means to Be a Founding Provider

Founding Providers are the first faces of Pinch in their communities — the practitioners who help define what at-home aesthetics looks like from day one. As a Founding Provider, you will:

• Get first access to everything — events, social media features, influencer partnerships, and new opportunities as they launch.
• Represent Pinch where you live — building awareness with neighbors, businesses, and others in your community.
• Build your own book of clients — treating a minimum of 5 clients per month, sourced from your personal network and community.

What You'll Do

• Deliver treatments that leave clients feeling their best — tox, microneedling,
• chemical peels, and at-home facials, performed safely and to Pinch's clinical standards.
• Build your client base — treat clients from both Pinch marketing and your own network, and turn first-timers into regulars.
• Own your schedule — work the hours that fit your life, averaging 10–20 per week.
• Grow your business — put Pinch's marketing tools to work for outreach, retention, and referrals.
• Run a polished practice — manage your supplies and keep accurate, timely client records.

Upcoming Trainings

If you're new to injectables or aesthetics, completing one of these in-person trainings is required before you start. Already certified and experienced? You likely won't need this — but you're welcome to join.

• September 19th & September 20th—Bethesda, Maryland
• October 17th & 18th—Bethesda, Maryland
• November 14th & 15th—Bethesda, Maryland
• December 19-20th—Bethesda, Maryland

What We're Looking For

Required

• Active APRN license in Maryland
• Certification in injectables — or the readiness to complete the Pinch Injectables Master Certification
• If you're newer to injectables: availability to attend an in-person training in full (see dates below)
