Pinch is expanding Maryland with Founding Providers who deliver aesthetic treatments in clients' homes. APRNs work as 1099 contractors, setting their own schedules, selecting clients, and growing their practice with backing from a top-rated brand.

We cover overhead and provide malpractice insurance, marketing, technology, and ongoing support. Expect top-of-market pay and opportunities to participate in events, influencer programs, and training sessions to build a thriving private practice.

Qualifications

• Active APRN license in Maryland.
• Certification in injectables or readiness to complete Pinch Injectables Master Certification.
• Availability to attend in-person training if newer to injectables.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and facials in clients' homes.
• Build your own book of clients and manage schedule independently.
• Source clients from your network and Pinch marketing to convert first-timers into regulars.
• Maintain supplies, records, and compliance with Pinch standards.
• Participate in trainings and leverage Pinch tools for outreach and retention.

Aesthetic Nurse Injector (APRN) - Concierge Med Spa

Pinch is hiring Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) across Maryland for a 1099 contractor role. You'll deliver treatments like tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and facials in the comfort of your clients' homes — with the freedom to set your own schedule, choose your clients, and build your practice with the backing of an established, top-rated brand.

Founded in Chicago, Pinch quickly became one of the top-rated med spas in the area. Now we're expanding throughout Maryland, and we're looking for Founding Providers to lead the way in their local communities.

We cover the overhead — malpractice insurance, marketing, technology, and ongoing support — and pay top-of-market rates for every treatment. That means you focus on one thing: helping clients look and feel their best.

What It Means To Be a Founding Provider

• Get first access to everything — events, social media features, influencer partnerships, and new opportunities as they launch
• Represent Pinch where you live — building awareness with neighbors, businesses, and others in your community
• Build your own book of clients — treating a minimum of 5 clients per month, sourced from your personal network and community

What You'll Do

• Deliver treatments that leave clients feeling their best — tox, microneedling,
• chemical peels, and at-home facials, performed safely and to Pinch's clinical standards
• Build your client base — treat clients from both Pinch marketing and your own network, and turn first-timers into regulars
• Own your schedule — work the hours that fit your life, averaging 10-20 per week
• Grow your business — put Pinch's marketing tools to work for outreach, retention, and referrals
• Run a polished practice — manage your supplies and keep accurate, timely client records

Requirements

What We're Looking For

Required

• Active APRN license in Maryland
• Certification in injectables — or the readiness to complete the Pinch Injectables Master Certification
• If you're newer to injectables: availability to attend an in-person training in full (see dates below)
