Job summary

LaserAway is seeking a Clinical Nurse Practitioner in Florida to lead patient treatments as part of an aesthetics team. You will be responsible for the full clinical journey of patients, including consultations, treatment planning, and follow-up care.

Candidates must have a current NP license and experience in acute care or aesthetics. The position offers extensive training, competitive compensation including $114,000–$124,000 annually, and a comprehensive benefits package.

What You’ll Own

Your patient’s full clinical journey — from initial skin assessment and treatment planning through follow‑up care and long‑term results. You’ll build relationships with patients who come back because of you, not just the brand.

Day‑to‑day: performing laser, injectable, and skin rejuvenation treatments; conducting consultations; designing individualized treatment plans; documenting accurately; and partnering with Patient Care Coordinators and Location Directors to run a seamless clinic floor.

You’ll work with a custom EMR built for LaserAway — fully digital and designed to simplify charting so you stay focused on patients, not paperwork. And as we continuously add the latest FDA‑cleared technologies to our treatment menu, you’ll always be practicing at the forefront of aesthetic medicine.

• Weekend availability required on a weekly basis
• Comfortable in a high‑volume clinic environment treating 15‑25 patients per day.

Schedule & Coverage

• Full weekends are part of this role; evenings may apply depending on clinic hours
• Work at up to 3 assigned locations within a 30 mile radius.
• Full‑time hours (approx. 36–40 hrs/week)
• Estimated $114,000–$124,000 annually at full‑time
