Job summary

Pinch Med Spa in Massachusetts seeks an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to join as a concierge injector on a 1099 contractor basis. You’ll deliver tox, chemical peels, and at-home facials, while growing your own client base with the support of Pinch’s brand and marketing tools.

You can set your own schedule, choose clients, and expand your practice with overhead coverage and flexible hours. Live and virtual trainings, malpractice coverage, and teamwork with Pinch ensure safe,

Qualifications

• Active APRN license in Massachusetts required.
• Certification in injectables or ability to complete Pinch Injectables Master Certification required.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to grow a home-based aesthetics practice.
• Bonus: prior aesthetics experience or existing patient network.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality aesthetic treatments including tox and chemical peels.
• Attend required live tox injectables training.
• Participate in virtual trainings covering peels, microneedling, skincare, and at-home facials.
• Treat clients through Pinch marketing and your personal network.
• Offer appointment availability that fits your schedule (4–24 hours/week).
• Manage products and supplies responsibly and keep client records.
• Follow Pinch protocols and collaborate with the Pinch team.

We cover everything from malpractice insurance and marketing to technology and ongoing support so you can focus on making clients look and feel their best. Pinch pays top-of-market rates for treatments and covers all overhead costs, allowing you to devote your time and energy to your clients

What You Will Do

• Deliver safe, high-quality aesthetic treatments including tox, chemical peels, and at-home facials
• Complete required live neurotoxin injectables training
• Take advantage of comprehensive virtual training covering chemical peels, microneedling, skincare, and at-home facial techniques
• Treat clients through Pinch marketing as well as your own personal network
• Offer appointment availability that works for you, averaging 4 to 24 hours per week
• Manage products and supplies responsibly
• Keep accurate and timely client records
• Follow Pinch protocols and best practices
• Collaborate with fellow Providers and the Pinch team for support
• Utilize Pinch marketing tools to retain clients, complete patient outreach, and grow your business

If you're new to injectables or aesthetics, completing one of these in-person trainings is required before you start. Please apply only if you can attend one of the dates below in full. Already certified and experienced? You likely won't need this — but you're welcome to join.

What We Are Looking For

• Required: Active APRN license in Massachusetts
• Required: Certification in injectables or ability to complete the Pinch Injectables Master Certification
• Excitement for aesthetics and helping clients feel their best
• Entrepreneurial spirit and interest ingrowing your practice with flexibility
• Bonus: Prior aesthetics experience, existing patient network, or interest in expanding your practice through events, influencer programs, photoshoots, and more
