Job summary

Pinch Med Spa is seeking APRNs in Illinois to deliver safe aesthetic treatments in clients' homes as a 1099 contractor. You will manage your own schedule and client load, supported by the Pinch brand and resources. Training is provided to ensure mastery of tox injections and skincare techniques.

Ideal candidates are entrepreneurial, energized by aesthetics, and ready to grow a practice with flexibility while receiving top-tier compensation and overhead coverage.

Qualifications

• Licensed Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in Illinois.
• Certification in injectables or ability to complete Pinch Injectables Master Certification.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with willingness to grow a home-based aesthetics practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver aesthetic treatments such as tox, chemical peels, and at‑home facials.
• Complete required injectables training and virtual skincare training.
• Treat clients via Pinch marketing and personal networks; manage appointments 4–24 hours weekly.

Pinch is a Concierge Med Spa and we are looking forAdvanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) in Illinois for a1099 contractor rolewho are ready to grow in aesthetics and deliver treatments like tox, chemical peels, and at-home facials in the comfort of clients’ homes

We cover everything from malpractice insurance and marketing to technology and ongoing support so you can focus on making clients look and feel their best. Pinch pays top-of-market rates for treatments and covers all overhead costs, allowing you to devote your time and energy to your clients

What You Will Do

• Deliver safe, high-quality aesthetic treatments including tox, chemical peels, and at-home facials
• Complete required live neurotoxin injectables training
• Take advantage of comprehensive virtual training covering chemical peels, microneedling, skincare, and at-home facial techniques
• Treat clients through Pinch marketing as well as your own personal network
• Offer appointment availability that works for you, averaging 4 to 24 hours per week
• Manage products and supplies responsibly
• Keep accurate and timely client records
• Follow Pinch protocols and best practices
• Collaborate with fellow Providers and the Pinch team for support
• Utilize Pinch marketing tools to retain clients, complete patient outreach, and grow your business

What We Are Looking For

• Required: Active APRN license in Illinois
• Required: Certification in injectables or ability to complete the Pinch Injectables Master Certification
• Excitement for aesthetics and helping clients feel their best
• Entrepreneurial spirit and interest ingrowing your practice with flexibility
• Bonus: Prior aesthetics experience, existing patient network, or interest in expanding your practice through events, influencer programs, photoshoots, and more
