Job summary

A leading concierge med spa is seeking Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) in Massachusetts to join as Aesthetic Nurse Injectors. This unique position offers flexibility to set your own schedule and deliver premium aesthetic treatments directly to clients' homes. The role provides comprehensive training, malpractice coverage, and top-of-market compensation. Qualifications

• Active APRN license in Massachusetts; full practice authority preferred, not required.
• Certification in injectables or ability to complete the Pinch Injectables Master Certification.
• Excitement for aesthetics and helping clients feel their best.
• Interest in aesthetics and growing your client base.
• Bonus: prior aesthetics experience or existing patient network.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality aesthetic treatments including tox, chemical peels, and at-home facials.
• Complete required live neurotoxin injectables training.
• Manage products and supplies responsibly.
• Treat clients via Pinch marketing and personal network.
• Offer 4–24 hours per week with flexible scheduling.
• Maintain client records and supplies.
• Follow Pinch protocols and collaborate with the team.

Pinch is a Concierge Med Spa and we are looking for Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) in Massachusetts for a 1099 contractor role who are ready to grow in aesthetics and deliver treatments like tox, chemical peels, and at-home facials in the comfort of clients' homes. This is a unique opportunity to be one of our Founding Providers and represent Pinch in your local community. You will have the freedom to set your own schedule, choose your clients, and grow your practice with flexibility with the support of a nationally recognized brand. We cover everything from malpractice insurance and marketing to technology and ongoing support so you can focus on making clients look and feel their best. Pinch pays top-of-market rates for treatments and covers all overhead costs, allowing you to devote your time and energy to your clients.

What You Will Do

• Deliver safe, high-quality aesthetic treatments including tox, chemical peels, and at-home facials
• Complete required live neurotoxin injectables training
• Take advantage of comprehensive virtual training covering chemical peels, microneedling, skincare, and at-home facial techniques
• Treat clients through Pinch marketing as well as your own personal network
• Offer appointment availability that works for you, averaging 4 to 24 hours per week
• Manage products and supplies responsibly
• Keep accurate and timely client records
• Follow Pinch protocols and best practices
• Collaborate with fellow Providers and the Pinch team for support
• Utilize Pinch marketing tools to retain clients, complete patient outreach, and grow your business
