Job summary

Pinch is seeking Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) across Ohio for a 1099 contractor role delivering at-home aesthetic treatments including tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and facials. You set your own schedule, build your client base, and operate with Pinch support and malpractice coverage.

Founding Providers lead the brand locally, grow their practice, and enjoy top-of-market pay while keeping overhead covered. Trainings are provided in Columbus, Cleveland, and Cincinnati.

Qualifications

• Availability to attend in-person training in full.
• Desire to grow and manage your own aesthetics practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver at-home aesthetic treatments (tox, microneedling, chemical peels, facials) safely and to Pinch's standards.
• Build and manage your client base, turning first-timers into regulars.
• Own your schedule and work 10–20 hours per week.
• Grow the business using Pinch's marketing tools for outreach and referrals.
• Maintain organized, accurate client records and supplies.

Aesthetic Nurse Injector (APRN)

Pinch is hiring Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) across Ohio for a 1099 contractor role. You'll deliver treatments like tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and facials in the comfort of your clients' homes - with the freedom to set your own schedule, own your client relationships, and build your practice with the backing of an established, top-rated brand.

Founded in Chicago, Pinch has been growing across the country across every major metro area. Now we're expanding throughout Ohio, and we're looking for Founding Providers to lead the way in their local communities.

We cover the overhead - malpractice insurance, marketing, technology, and ongoing support - and pay top-of-market rates for every treatment. That means you focus on one thing: helping clients look and feel their best.

What It Means to Be a Founding Provider

Founding Providers are the first faces of Pinch in their communities - the practitioners who help define what at-home aesthetics looks like from day one. As a Founding Provider, you will:

• Get first access to everything - events, social media features, influencer partnerships, and new opportunities as they launch.
• Represent Pinch where you live - building awareness with neighbors, businesses, and others in your community.
• Build your own book of clients - treating a minimum of 5 clients per month, sourced from your personal network and community.

What You'll Do

• Deliver treatments that leave clients feeling their best - tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and at-home facials, performed safely and to Pinch's clinical standards.
• Build your client base - treat clients from your own network, and turn first-timers into regulars.
• Own your schedule - work the hours that fit your life, averaging 10-20 per week.
• Grow your business - put Pinch's marketing tools to work for outreach, retention, and referrals.
• Run a polished practice - manage your supplies and keep accurate, timely client records.

What We're Looking For

Required

• Active APRN license in Ohio
• If you're newer to injectables: availability to attend an in-person training in full (see dates below)
