Job summary

Pinch Med Spa is expanding across Ohio by inviting Founding APRN Providers to lead home-based aesthetic treatments. You’ll deliver tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and at-home facials with flexible scheduling and full support from a top-rated brand.

Founding Providers will build their own client base, benefit from marketing resources, and gain opportunities as Pinch scales in new communities. Training dates are available for those new to injectables.

Qualifications

• Active APRN license in Ohio.
• In-person training dates required if newer to injectables.
• Prior aesthetics experience or existing patient network a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and at-home facials safely to clients.
• Grow your client base through personal network and community outreach.
• Own your schedule and manage 10–20 appointments per week.
• Wear Pinch branding and leverage marketing tools to expand reach and referrals.
• Maintain accurate, timely client records and ensure supplies are in order.

Aesthetic Nurse Injector (APRN)

Pinch is hiring Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) across Ohio for a 1099 contractor role. You'll deliver treatments like tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and facials in the comfort of your clients' homes - with the freedom to set your own schedule, own your client relationships, and build your practice with the backing of an established, top-rated brand.

Founded in Chicago, Pinch has been growing across the country across every major metro area. Now we're expanding throughout Ohio, and we're looking for Founding Providers to lead the way in their local communities.

We cover the overhead - malpractice insurance, marketing, technology, and ongoing support - and pay top-of-market rates for every treatment. That means you focus on one thing: helping clients look and feel their best.

What It Means to Be a Founding Provider

Founding Providers are the first faces of Pinch in their communities - the practitioners who help define what at-home aesthetics looks like from day one. As a Founding Provider, you will:

• Get first access to everything - events, social media features, influencer partnerships, and new opportunities as they launch.
• Represent Pinch where you live - building awareness with neighbors, businesses, and others in your community.
• Build your own book of clients - treating a minimum of 5 clients per month, sourced from your personal network and community.

What You'll Do

• Deliver treatments that leave clients feeling their best - tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and at-home facials, performed safely and to Pinch's clinical standards.
• Build your client base - treat clients from your own network, and turn first-timers into regulars.
• Own your schedule - work the hours that fit your life, averaging 10-20 per week.
• Grow your business - put Pinch's marketing tools to work for outreach, retention, and referrals.
• Run a polished practice - manage your supplies and keep accurate, timely client records.

What We're Looking For

Required

• Active APRN license in Ohio
• If you're newer to injectables: availability to attend an in-person training in full (see dates below)
