You will perform Neurotoxin injections, dermal fillers, and laser procedures, maintain accurate records, and follow pre-/post-care guidance while collaborating with Des Moines Plastic Surgery to ensure top-tier care.

The role offers a base of $35/hour with unlimited earning potential through a greater-of model, rewarding high performers with uncapped income.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in Iowa.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Nurse Injector in MedSpa/dermatology/ plastic surgery setting.
• Experience in a clinical or bedside hospital setting required.
• Expertise in administering injectables including neurotoxins and dermal fillers.

Responsibilities

• Perform Neurotoxin injections (Botox, Dysport) and dermal fillers with precision.
• Maintain meticulous patient records including consent forms and treatment details.
• Provide pre- and post-treatment guidance to patients and educate on care.
• Ensure infection control and OSHA-compliant safety procedures.
