Job summary

Lombardi Plastic Surgery Center in Monmouth County, NJ seeks a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to support both medical and aesthetic services. You will assist providers, educate patients, and manage exam rooms in a fast-paced clinic environment.

Ideal candidates have CMA credentials, experience with EMR, and familiarity with cosmetic treatments. This role offers full-time hours at our Monmouth County location and a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential.
• Experience with patient follow-up, treatments, results and prescriptions.
• Knowledge of HIPAA/OSHA regulations and sterile technique.
• Experience in medical spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Escort patients to exam rooms and record history and vitals.
• Prepare exam rooms and assist during procedures and treatments.
• Educate patients on treatment plans and post-care.
• Complete pathology and lab requisitions accurately.
• Ensure room turnover, setup, and instrument sterilization.
• Monitor supplies and support front desk tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with aestheticians, injectors, and providers.
