Job summary

Biotech Wellness Center seeks a skilled Certified Medical Assistant to support cosmetic surgery and aesthetic procedures. You will work closely with physicians, prepare treatment rooms, maintain sterile technique, and document patient care in the EMR while ensuring patient comfort and safety.

Ideal candidates have CMA certification, 2+ years in clinical settings (plastics, dermatology, or medical spa preferred), and bilingual English/Spanish communication.

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant with hands-on aesthetic/medical procedures experience.
• Proficient in sterile technique, venipuncture, IV therapy support as allowed.
• Strong clinical documentation and EMR experience (PatientNow or similar).
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Assist physician during cosmetic surgery and nonsurgical procedures in a sterile environment.
• Prepare rooms, instruments, and supplies; monitor vital signs and patient comfort.
• Support IV therapies, preop/postop instructions, and wound care per protocol.
• Maintain accurate medical records, EMR entries, and inventory control.
• Coordinate patient flow, scheduling, and postoperative follow-up with care team.
