Job summary

Milan Laser Hair Removal in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking an RN to deliver safe, effective laser hair removal treatments within our structured clinic environment. You will combine clinical expertise, patient education, and compassionate care to ensure clients feel informed and comfortable.

In this full-time role, you will prepare treatment rooms, operate laser equipment, maintain medical records, and support daily operations while promoting client satisfaction and rebooking.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Passion for exceptional patient care and client service.
• Ability to educate clients clearly and confidently.
• HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Perform laser hair removal treatments following Milan's established medical protocols.
• Educate clients on pre and post-treatment care to ensure safe and effective results.
• Document treatments accurately and maintain compliant medical records.
• Prepare treatment rooms and equipment to ensure safe and efficient client flow.
• Maintain a clean, professional clinical environment between treatments.
• Discuss treatment progress with clients and recommend additional treatment areas when appropriate.
• Encourage client reviews and referrals through excellent service.
• Support daily clinic operations including scheduling, confirming appointments, and maintaining client records.
• Assist with opening and closing duties and treatment room preparation.
• Perform minor maintenance and cleaning of laser equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with clinic leadership and team members to support clinic goals and client satisfaction.
