Holistic Inc., a growing medical aesthetics and wellness practice in West Virginia, is seeking an experienced Aesthetic Injector (RN or NP) to perform cosmetic injectable treatments and related services. The role offers a part-time schedule (4 days per week) with competitive hourly pay and performance-based bonuses.

Responsibilities include consultations, personalized treatment plans, patient education, and collaboration with estheticians to ensure exceptional care.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN or NP in the state of West Virginia.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on aesthetic injection experience with neuromodulators and fillers.

Responsabilités

• Perform advanced aesthetic treatments: injectables (neuromodulators, dermal fillers); experience with biostimulators a plus.
• Conduct consultations and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Educate patients on treatments, products, and post-care.
• Cross-promote services and products to patients.
• Encourage repeat and referral visits by building relationships.

$40-$65/hr (depending on experience) plus Performance-based Bonus

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced aesthetic treatments: cosmetic injectables (neuromodulators, dermal fillers); experience with biostimulators (Sculptra or Radiesse) is a plus
• Conduct consultations and develop personalized, comprehensive treatment plans, and ensure safe, effective results
• Educate patients on treatments, products, and post-care
• Cross-promote services and products that will benefit patients
• Encourage repeat and referral visits by building relationships with clientele
• Collaborate with estheticians and support staff to ensure seamless patient care and an exceptional client experience.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and compliance with state regulations
• Assist in business growth through patient education and retention

Qualifications

• Licensed RN or NP in the state of West Virginia
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on aesthetic injection experience with proficiency with neuromodulators and dermal fillers
• Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and assessment
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Outgoing, friendly, and approachable
• Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered mindset

• Ability to perform treatments independently
