Key Responsibilities

• Patient Consultations: Conduct thorough full-face assessments, understand patient goals, and develop customized, multi-modality treatment plans.
• Clinical Execution: Perform non-surgical cosmetic procedures with precision, including neurotoxins (Botox, Dysport, Xeomin), dermal fillers, biostimulators (Sculptra/Radiesse), and other advanced injectable treatments.
• Safety & Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to medical protocols, infection control standards, and proper documentation of patient charts and treatment plans in EMR.
• Patient Education & Aftercare: Educate clients on proper pre/post-procedure care, set realistic expectations, and address any potential complications or adverse reactions proactively.
• Retention & Growth: Build a loyal client base through exceptional patient relationships, consistent outcomes, and tailored cross-selling of skincare products or complementary clinic treatments.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Current Professional License: Valid Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Physician Assistant (PA) license in the state of California.
• Injectable Experience: Minimum of [1-3] years of hands-on aesthetic injection experience.
• Certifications: Certified in Neuromodulators and Dermal Fillers from an accredited aesthetic training program.
• Clinical Knowledge: Deep understanding of facial anatomy, vascular danger zones, and emergency complication management protocols (e.g., hyaluronidase administration).
• Client Skills: Outstanding interpersonal skills, an approachable bedside manner, and strong consultation skills without high-pressure sales tactics.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with advanced treatments (cannula techniques, Sculptra, PRF, or thread lifts).
• Active social media presence or portfolio showing before-and-after work.
• Familiarity with aesthetic EMR/booking platforms (e.g., Boulevard, Zenoti, Vagaro, or Allergan Partner Network).
