Job summary

Protouch Staffing is seeking an experienced Aesthetic Injector (RN, NP, or PA) for a growing aesthetic and wellness practice in the Greater Boston area. This on-site, full-time role requires expertise in dermal fillers, neuromodulators, and advanced aesthetic devices, with a focus on patient-centered care.

Ideal candidates hold an accredited nursing/NP/PA degree, MA license, and at least 2 years of hands-on aesthetic injecting experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant program.
• Board certification required for NP/PA candidates.
• Active MA RN/NP/PA license.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on aesthetic injecting experience.
• Strong expertise in dermal fillers and neuromodulators.
• Excellent understanding of facial anatomy and injection techniques.
• Experience with advanced aesthetic devices including lasers, RF, and skin tightening.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform aesthetic injectable treatments including dermal fillers, neuromodulators, and other cosmetic injectables
• Conduct thorough patient consultations and develop customized treatment plans
• Evaluate patient goals and provide professional aesthetic recommendations
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient documentation and treatment records
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, clinical protocols, and compliance guidelines
• Collaborate with medical and spa teams to deliver high-quality patient experiences
• Educate patients on treatment options, post-care instructions, and expected outcomes
• Assist with advanced aesthetic procedures and technologies as needed

Compensation & Benefits

• $60/hour - $85/hour based on experience
