Job description

Primary Injector for Our Growing Med Spa

$66–$75/hour base + 15% net service commission + separate 10% retail commission.

Full-time or part-time · On-site in Bee Cave / West Austin 78738

• Required: hands-on clinical experience with both neuromodulators and dermal fillers, plus a portfolio of your own patient-consented results.
• Lead the injecting role within physician protocols, with an off-site medical director.

Compensation

• Base pay reflects relevant experience, credentials and proficiency. 15% service commission is paid in addition to base, calculated on eligible collected treatment revenue after applicable direct treatment consumables.
• Separate 10% retail commission on eligible collected product sales. Service and retail commissions follow the written compensation plan.
• Up to $5,000 combined signing and six-month retention bonuses. Eligibility and amount reflect directly relevant experience and proficiency; payment terms are confirmed in the written offer.
• Eligible full-time employees after 90 days: 50% contribution toward the entry-level medical plan, plus optional dental and vision coverage.
• Practice-provided professional liability coverage for services within your approved role and scope.
• Retail product discounts upon hire; complimentary or discounted aesthetic and wellness services after 90 days, subject to practice policy and approval.
• Assess the full face and create individualized, multi-visit plans with clear treatment choices, risks, realistic expectations and maintenance guidance.
• Perform neuromodulator and dermal-filler treatments; provide biostimulator and regenerative services when trained and approved within your scope.
• Assess contraindications, recognize and respond to complications, defer or refer when appropriate, and coordinate clinical concerns with medical leadership.
• Maintain complete charting, consent, patient-consented photography, product and lot records, aftercare instructions and follow-up.
• Build rebooking, retention and referrals through personalized care; coordinate complementary skin and wellness services and contribute patient-consented results to practice content.

What you bring

• An active Texas RN, APRN or PA license in good standing.
• Sound facial assessment, anatomy and clinical judgment, with polished consultations and reliable documentation.
• Three years of directly relevant injecting experience preferred; demonstrated skill and portfolio quality guide consideration of candidates with fewer years.
• Biostimulator and regenerative-treatment experience preferred.
