Job summary

Davinci Plastic Surgery in Georgetown, Washington, DC is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant (PA) aesthetic injector to join our growing nonsurgical practice. This full-time, in-person role offers access to an established patient population and collaborative team.

You will perform cosmetic injectables, conduct consultations, and develop treatment plans while building lasting patient relationships. Competitive guaranteed base salary plus commission and ongoing professional development

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Physician Assistant license.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on aesthetic injection experience.
• Demonstrated experience administering neurotoxins and dermal fillers.
• Strong knowledge of facial anatomy, injection technique, and complication prevention and management.
• Excellent consultation, communication, and patient-care skills.
• Professional, reliable, detail-oriented, and clinically confident.
• Genuine interest in aesthetic medicine and continued professional development.
• Ability to build strong patient relationships and contribute to the continued growth of the aesthetic practice.

Responsibilities

• Perform cosmetic injectable treatments, including Botox, Dysport, dermal fillers, and other nonsurgical aesthetic treatments.
• Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Evaluate facial anatomy, patient goals, and treatment options to achieve safe, natural-looking results.
• Educate patients regarding treatment recommendations, expectations, and pre- and post-treatment care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Develop long-term patient relationships that support retention and referrals.
• Stay current on new products, injection techniques, safety protocols, and developments in aesthetic medicine.
• Collaborate with our plastic surgeons, clinical staff, and administrative team to provide a seamless patient experience.

Davinci Plastic Surgery, an established plastic surgery and aesthetic practice in Georgetown, Washington, DC, is seeking anexperienced Physician Assistant (PA) aesthetic injectorto join our growing nonsurgical practice.

This is an opportunity for an experienced injector to grow their aesthetic practice within an established plastic surgery setting, with access to an existing patient population, experienced clinical support, and a collaborative team focused on delivering safe, natural-looking results.

We are looking for a skilled injector who combines excellent technique and clinical judgment with an exceptional patient experience. The ideal candidate enjoys developing long-term patient relationships and is motivated to grow their aesthetic practice.

Preferred, But Not Required

• Established aesthetic patient following or experience developing a patient base

Base Salary: $125,000–$150,000 per year, based on experience, plus commission and performance-based commission opportunities.
